We will dispatch your order within one to two working days after you have placed the order. Please allow up to 2-5 working days for standard delivery.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class £3.95
Free delivery on orders over £30.00 within the UK to an address of your choice within 2-5 working days.
Europe Standard Delivery £6.95 5 – 7 working days
For standard delivery, orders to the Channel Islands and outlying areas, please be aware that it can take 7-10 working days to arrive.
Orders are delivered on working days only. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within the UK.
International Locations
At the moment, products purchased on gum-on.co.uk can only be billed and delivered to destinations within the UK and Europe.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, please return it within 21 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money, or send you a replacement.
Items returned under our 21 day guarantee should be returned to us in their original condition, including any packaging.
Before returning an item to us, please contact us by email at info@gum-on.co.uk and we will confirm the returns address.
Be sure to include a note explaining the reason why you wish to return the products, and whether you would prefer for us to send you a replacement, or process a refund. Please include your contact details in the event of any queries.
Please note that the costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable, unless you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective. In these cases we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us, (provided that these costs are reasonable).
Please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.
