Directions: Dissolve salts in a bath of 37-39°C. Mix well to ensure that the salt has dissolved in the tub before entering. Relax and soak for 20 minutes or so. For muscle aches and pains and for a detoxifying bath use up to 100-150g of salt per regular sized bath. Use 3 times per week for 2 weeks, then when needed. For general wellbeing use approx. 75g per regular sized bath.
Foot Soak: Add a handful or two of Gum-On Himalayan Salt to a foot bath.
